This two part workshop is led by youth from Somerville’s Center for Teen Empowerment. Learn directly how to better engage youth in your programming. Discover new strategies and activities that help build young people’s leadership capacity. What does it mean to “empower” youth? How can youth take the lead? By the end of the workshop, participants will create their own Youth Engagement Plan to bring back to their communities.
